What a Tru Brite strata clean covers
- Entry and lobby — floors, glass, furniture, mailboxes and intercoms, cleaned at the frequency your foyer’s traffic really needs
- Lifts — interiors, tracks and touchpoints, cleaned and sanitised
- Corridors and stairwells — vacuumed and mopped, marks and cobwebs removed, fire stairs kept clear and clean

- Bin and compactor rooms — washed, deodorised and disinfected, with bin presentation available too
- Amenities — pool surrounds, gyms, BBQ areas and common rooms, cleaned in line with their bylaws and how they’re used
- Periodic works — carpet steam cleaning, pressure cleaning, high glass and builders’ cleans, scheduled into your contract from the start rather than arriving as extras
How we keep the standard up
Every Tru Brite cleaner is directly employed — we never subcontract. Our cleaners report to the Quality Assessment, who manager inspects every site monthly using a cloud-based auditing app. The report go to your building manager or committee. So if a standard ever slips, we’ll usually be the first to tell you — and the first to put it right.
A written scope, honoured
Every contract runs on a written scope of works: which areas, which tasks, how often, and what’s periodic. It means your committee always knows exactly what it’s buying — and we’re always happy to be held to it.
Sustainable by method, not by slogan
We were early adopters of Stabilised Aqueous Ozone (SAO) cleaning, which reduces the packaged chemicals used in your building, alongside microfibre systems and waste-stream separation. There’s more on our Sustainable Cleaning Solutions page.
